- If customers bring their own cakes, we will provide boards, knives and plates for you to perform your own cake cutting at your convenience.
- We allow for guests to bring in extra food such as biscuits & pastries
- No speeches or announcements are made by the Reception Centre
- With Exclusive Room Usage you may use the microphone, projector & screen for the room as desired.

- Function pricing is based upon a 5 hr guest experience. For functions planned for longer than 5 hrs please discuss with us prior to the event so any pricing or staff assignments can be planned. prior to your event.
- Please note: No confetti balloons allowed. Due to the enormous difficulty of cleaning they will be removed from the venue.
For functions with less than 50 guests or the minimum spend we suggest reserving your special event in the Bar-Bistro-Pizzeria or the Ottimo Function room.
Member's Lounge Restaurant Booking notes:
The minimum room hire price, per menu is calculated in each menu's description.
There is no credit system to include options to make up for minimum spend for example, options like fruit platters are additionally priced to room minimum pricing.
- Reserve the venue (exclusive booking of the room) you prefer by selecting from the map, the red circle representing one table and you will be asked for a fully refundable deposit to reserve the venue for your next event.
- $6900 minimum spend with $1,650 deposit with reservation.
- Minimum of 8 guests per table Maximum 12 guests per table
- Please note: An email will be sent 8 days prior to your booking requesting the balance for the room hire ($6900-$1650 deposit). Any additional guests pricing that exceed the minimum room hire $6900 (or minimum menu room hire price, as above, shall be billed later.
If the balance is unpaid, the room booking will revert to a shared mixed function venue and all exclusive benefits will be unable to be honoured such as no props (plynth's), speeches etc. - Up to 156 guests with dance floor (180 without) i the Member's Lounge restaurant

- Reserve the table(s) you prefer by selecting from the map and only pay a fully refundable deposit for each table you reserve for your event. ($165.00 per table)
- $12,500 minimum spend with $2,500 deposit with reservation.

- When there are more than 8 tables of guests from all bookings, our DJ & MC is provided free. Less than 8 tables from all bookings, house music shall be provided.

- Non-exclusive (sharing the venue with other families) with menu:
- $632 per table min.
- For multiple families wishing to celebrate Baptisms etc. please organise families together to meet the minimum guest #’s.

General Terms:
he Members Lounge provides world-class service in restaurant and function management. Our daily and strategic vision is to consistently provide gustatory indulgence with outstanding quality within a centre of excellence to ensure your guests and event meet this standard.We ask that you please read the following:
- Your order is fully refundable up to 28 days before your event (Mixed Party/Exclusive Function). All monies held in escrow.
- Eight (8) days, then a reminder prior to your event, we will email you with a request for:
- Final guest #'s for each table & seating (link to floor plan in the email)
- Any dietary considerations for your guests
- Request the balance at least 4 days prior to your function (total-deposit) except where prior arrangements with Carlo were given
- If you don't receive any emails prior to 5 days before your event,
please check the junk folder of your email client or kindly call us. The email table form is editable when you select reply to email or 'cut and paste' it for drafts. - Please use our table #'s and locations provided.
- We provide plentiful and the highest quality Italian food for you. To keep prices low we operate a precise operation with little or no wastage.
Due to ridiculously rising prices, once your final #'s have been given, we will ask for $25 for each guest that fails to attend.

- Hosts of functions are responsible for producing their own guest list if they wish to use one.
- To ensure your function setup is perfect, doors open at the commencement of the function e.g. 12:30 pm or 6:30pm for all guests.
- For the Member's Lounge restaurant & the Ballroom, hosts may, with prior arrangement with Carlo (03) 8560 0556, enter 45 minutes prior to the event commencement for any cake tables, cake deliveries, displays etc.
- For the Bistroteca and Ottimo room, entry is at the time of the event, e.g. 6:30 pm Fri, Sat or 12:30 pm Sun. Please ensure your guests are aware of the venue entry times.
- All functions for male youth sports clubs e.g. Junior's now require 2 security guards in attendance at a cost of $980 per event to prevent unreasonable and unsupervised damage.
- A 1.1% credit card surcharge may be applied when settling balances at the venue.
