Our menus are curated by Executive Chef Carlo Pavia and his team. Carlo's Italian/Argentinian multicultural and modern background with his absolute love of impeccably tasting fresh food, sourced carefully from long-term local suppliers of ingredients, ensures our menus are of the highest quality.
Each restaurant/venue offers a sophisticated and authentic Italian dining experience with a selection of Carlo's favourite regional curated Italian dishes encapsulating all the flavours of southern Italy.

Bistroteca Set Menu - 4 courses - $65 / $25

With views to city lights skyline, the Members Lounge Restaurant is transformed into a night club set up for a stand-up cocktail party for celebrations with a set price, no hidden costs.
  • Food stations throughout the venue continually replenished with 13 food courses all evening
  • Seated tables for up to forty guests and small round tables with seating so to rest your food and drinks on, or private tables away from the dance floor for family members with their own set menu if desired
  • Complimentary DJ service for you to hit the dance floor partying your night away.
  • $2000 bar tab included with non-refundable drink tokens issued - Soft drinks free
  • The Member's Lounge Restaurant - 80 - 180 guests - $7900

Cocktail Celebration / Corporate Packages - from $3800
Perfect for wakes, celebrations and corporate events. A celebration cocktail package catering for 80 – 100 guests with a set price, available Monday to Friday in the Member's Lounge restaurant & Ballroom (by request).
